We build bespoke radial flow splitters and other related products on request. These are one-off prototypes or up to small batches. Our aspiration for maximum flexibility and simplicity can make this happen.  A customized 3D-printing process plays a key-role in this.

We produce components of plastic and ceramic in-house. This includes the moulds for ceramic components. Lead time between idea and physical model can be as short as a few days.

Process Optimisation

Process optimisation is carried out constantly, narrowing the gap further between prototyping and small-to-medium production volumes. This means finding that optimum between 3D CAD model, 3D-slicer software and printer configuration. Maximum output at minimum printer movements and costs are the controlling parameters.

Quality is only quality if it is consistent.
